So i finally decided to go through my art portfolio and BOYYYY what a mess xp I found a lot of old art work forgotten and most of it was embarrassingly bad. But it reminds me of how much I've progressed in my art development and I should certainly be proud of that. so I decided since I havent ever updated my profile in so long, I should show my art's progress. I also have decided to be more confident in myself and so I decided to show my characters here on DA. i never posted any artwork of my personal characters because i had heard so many horror stories about this site where some people have the nerve to hack and steal artwork and so I've b

boo... i hate mid terms.. they take away from me my art time. I feel like im in an art slump now.  I realized whenever i have trouble drawing or coming up with ideas, my writing stuff is excellent! so i guess i can't have one moment where both my art and writing are at their best :/ i suppose its good though, give me a break from one thing to the next. But i fear im now im starting to draw bad anatomy . I use to draw my human characters and portraits well, but since i've been drawing more of my character Melvin, im improving in drawing monsters and creatures than actual people! 0.0...oh what to do? see if i didnt have to waste my art time wi

well this is my first journal entry ever! (i guess this means i must b absolutely bored and trying to avoid homework xp) sighhh..but im a bit perplexed here people :/.. i have alot of amazing artwork of my characters/ater egos, who i cherish very much. On the one hand i want to post him up, but im so insecure tht someone will harrass me about how: "oh hes not original!" "Oh he looks like a character of mine! ur a copy-cat!" or theyll steal from me :'(.. i guess im afraid of this cuz ive heard so many horror stories from friends who used to be deviant-artists. I know probably none of you or tht even most deviant art people would do tht.. but
